I would agree with you for our regular posters and readers. But I never ceased to be amazed at the number of social media people who try to cover all of Europe in a week, plan very short connections with no "plan B" or take large suitcases full of things things so impress people who they'll never see again, don't need to be impressed, and aare actually impressed by people who are planned and travelling light.

As a confirmed 'crusty traveller' couple who almost exclusively use a railway of one sort or another on our trips, an article that contains the word 'train' only twice - in the same sentence and in reference to the supposed difficulty of getting large suitcases on and off said conveyances, and 'rail' not at all, would probably be regarded as of limited use. So I read it. And at certain risk of repeating myself most of it seemed to me to be another iteration of A Statement Of The Bleedin' Obvious.
Also, since we haven't won the lottery, I highly doubt that we would ever be a member of the Conde Nast Traveller customer demographic.
